For over 20 years, our St. Louis Park studio has been a dedicated space for adults 40+ who refuse to slow down. Our movement specialists focus on building the kind of resilience that helps you move without pain and maintain the independence you’ve worked hard for. This isn’t a "30-day transformation"; it’s an investment in your future self.
