At Vinna Fitness, we are confident that our proven and effective method will help you feel better. This is why we offer you a free 2-week trial following your strategy session.  We want you to have the time to decide if we are right for you and we want to help you move and feel better over those 2 weeks whether you decide to join or not. Because of this, we offer you two free services, which allows you to make up your mind about our training methods. We offer a free one-hour strategy session, and a free trial personal training over the course of two weeks. We know you’ll feel better in that time and will want to continue your personalized program.

By taking the time to learn your needs, wants, and goals, we ensure you get the most out of your experience with us. Our individualized approach targets areas of your body you need to improve.

Two weeks of dedication is typically all it takes to begin changing your life. If you take advantage of Vinna’s free trial workouts over your first 2 weeks, you’ll start to feel and move better. With your fitness free trial, you get a better understanding of how your body moves and functions overall so you can apply that in your training and everyday life. Understanding what is happening with your body is the first step toward getting where you want to be.

We are FMS Certified

Your free strategy session includes a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) where we have you perform seven different movements so we can observe how you move in different positions. The FMS allows us to better understand how your body functions and how your movements tie into any aches and pains you may be experiencing. Once the FMS is complete, our trainers will create your personalized program, which will help you add mobility to your everyday life.

When you choose Vinna Fitness, our training staff will walk you through a Functional Movement Screen and conduct other movement and health history assessments. From there, our trainers create a detailed, individualized personal training plan for every client.

Apply Our Advanced Training

Each of our trainers are certified in multiple areas and have a variety of backgrounds within the medical community. All of our trainers are certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS), which allows us to better understand how each client can improve.

Treat Aches and Pains

Aches and pains are part of everyday life, but you may reach a point when they’re too much. By taking care of your body and strengthening it properly, your aches and pains will gradually disappear.
