Group Fitness Classes in the Twin Cities
Love the level of motivation a group workout provides? When you become a member of the Vinna Fitness community, you get unlimited access to our group fitness classes!
Classes in our group fitness studio last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the class, and are coached by a certified instructor.
To ensure our members receive the guidance and attention they deserve, we typically allow a maximum of eight participants per class.
Whether you’re looking to improve your cardiovascular health, mobility, flexibility, strength, or overall quality of movement, we offer a class suited to your goals!
In addition to your semi-private personal training sessions and scheduled open gym access, feel free to take advantage of our fitness classes when they work with your schedule. Read on for a brief overview of each class.
Total Body Conditioning
Looking for a fast-paced, intense workout designed to get your blood pumping? Our total body conditioning class is for you! These group exercise classes are based around high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) principles, which incorporate timed intervals of work and rest.
During each timed work interval, you’ll perform short, intense bursts of various exercises designed to improve your power, agility, and endurance.
Each work interval is followed by a timed rest period, which allows your cardiovascular system and muscles to recover and prepare for the next work interval.
Total body conditioning classes are typically 40 to 50 minutes in duration and are tailored to accommodate any experience level.
If you’re looking to improve your overall cardiovascular health and heart rate variability, regularly attending these classes can help get you there.
Total Body Movement & Mobility
Ready to improve your overall quality of movement? Or perhaps you just want to be able to touch your toes? Our total body movement and mobility class is for you! These group fitness classes incorporate a carefully designed series of stretches and exercises aimed at improving your overall mobility, flexibility, and joint health.
By targeting specific muscles and joints through various movements, we help you unlock your ability to move throughout a more extensive range of motion.
As you gradually progress, you’ll find your joints become more mobile and your muscles develop more flexibility.
Total body movement and mobility classes are typically 30 to 45 minutes in duration and are suited to any experience level.
If you’re looking to develop more balanced, fluid, and comfortable movement throughout a range of activities, regular mobility class attendance can help you tremendously.
Total Body Strength
Ready to build a stronger, more powerful, and more functional physique? Our Saturday-only, total body strength class is for you. This group fitness class is designed to help you build full-body strength and power through a range of functional exercises that translate seamlessly to your everyday activities.
By incorporating carefully designed kettlebell and dumbbell movements, along with a range of other exercises, we help you build strength in a safe and pain-free manner.
TRX exercises, sandbag training, and a variety of other functional movements and equipment are integral components of these classes.
Total body strength classes are typically 45 to 60 minutes in duration and exercises are tailored to suit any experience level.
If you’re looking to build a strong, functional body that supports you throughout a wide range of activities, regularly attending strength classes can get you there.
